From Brenna Malmberg
Voice News - February 9, 2012

Cooking Spray
12 wonton wrappers
2 T sugar
1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
1 cup raspberries, blackberries or sliced strawberries, or any berry combination
1 T of powdered sugar
Mint, chocolate curls, or other garnish

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

Arrange wonton wrappers on prepared baking sheet and spray the surface of wrappers with cooking spray. Sprinkle sugar over wrappers. Bake five minutes, until golden brown.

Remove wrappers from oven and arrange four on a serving platter (or individual dessert dishes).

Top each wrapper with 2 T of whipped topping and then 2 T berries. Top with second wrapper. Repeat layers (whipped topping, berries, wonton wrapper). Sift powdered sugar over top layer.

Serve immediately. Serves four.
