Cook of the Week Recipes Hawaiian Toast From Dana Hanley Voice News - January 26, 2012 bread sliced ham sliced pineapple cheese Preheat oven to 350. Butter bread on both sides. Place on cookie sheet. Add slice of ham, pineapple ring and a slice of cheese. Bake for ten minutes. Serve.
