Cook of the Week Recipes

Pasta Salad

1 cucumber
1 carton of baby tomatoes
1 can of whole black olives
3 to 4 sliced mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1 16oz box of noodles
1 bottle of Kraft zesty Italian dressing
1 tablespoon of sugar

Directions: Boil your noodles first for 10 minutes or until done. Let cool. While waiting, cut your tomatoes in half and put in your bowl. Cut up your cucumber in quarters. Open, drain and put the olives in the bowl. Slice and put mushrooms in bowl. Slice and cut up your pepper and put in bowl. Slice and cut up onion and put in bowl. Once the noodles are cool, pour in the bowl with everything. Stir and pour in half of the zesty Italian dressing. Sprinkle the sugar on top. Put in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes, and put the rest of the dressing on, stir and serve.
