Cook of the Week Recipes
Tater Tot Casserole 2 lb. of ground beef Brown beef, drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add corn, soup, and put in 9 by 13 pan and top with tator tots. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Take out, top with cheese & put back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
