Cook of the Week Recipes Tater Tot Casserole From Maria Harris Voice News - January 12, 2012 2 lb. of ground beef 1 (1 ¼ oz.) pkg of taco seasoning 1 (15 oz.) can of corn (drained) 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup 1 (32 oz.) pkg of tater tots 1 (8 oz.) pkg of cheddar cheese Brown beef, drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add corn, soup, and put in 9 by 13 pan and top with tator tots. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
