Lane Gewecke Consulting has been a tremendous asset for our rural hospital, providing both a feasibility study and campaign training. Mari is extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic about fund-raising, and truly cares that her clients are successful in their fund-raising efforts.

Jefferson Community Health Center

Following the major budget reductions and restructuring of the University of Nebraska State Museum in 2003, we retained Lane Gewecke Consulting in the fall of 2004 to assist us in creating a new strategic plan for the reconfigured organization.   Mari Lane Gewecke effectively engaged  faculty, staff and Museum constituents in planning productively for the future, even in the aftermath of the demoralizing budget cuts. Her professional skill in facilitating our planning retreats helped us engage full participation across the Museum in the planning effort. She structured and conducted effective interviews for the environmental assessment, and guided the final production of the strategic plan. We are now in the third year of implementing the excellent strategic plan that she helped us produce, and we are relying on it in our application for national museum reaccreditation.
